What is the minimum and max solar power system you can produce?
The minimum solar power system we produced is around 30w, such as solar street light. But normally the minimum for home use is 100w 200w 300w 500w etc.
Most of people prefer 1kw 2kw 3kw 5kw 10kw etc for home use, normally it is AC110v or 220v and 230v.

In the photovoltaic off grid system, the energy storage lithium iron phosphate battery accounts for a large proportion. Its cost is similar to that of the solar module, but its service life is much shorter than that of the module. The task of the energy storage lithium iron battery is to store energy, ensure the stability of the system power, and ensure the load power consumption at night or in rainy days.
1. The PV power generation time and load power consumption time are not necessarily synchronized. For the PV off grid system, the input is a module for power generation, and the output is connected to the load. Photovoltaic power is generated during the day, and can only be generated when there is sunlight. The highest power is usually generated at noon. However, at noon, the demand for electricity is not high. Many households use off grid power stations to use electricity at night. What should we do about electricity generated during the day? We should first store energy. This storage device is a lithium iron phosphate battery for energy storage. Release the power at the peak of power consumption, such as seven or eight o'clock in the evening.
2. Photovoltaic power generation power and load power are not necessarily the same. Photovoltaic power generation is not very stable due to the influence of radiation, and the load is also not stable. For example, air conditioners and refrigerators, the starting power is large, and the normal operating power is small. If photovoltaic power is directly loaded, the system will be unstable, and the voltage will be high and low.
The energy storage battery is a power balancing device. When the photovoltaic power is greater than the load power, the controller sends the excess energy to the storage battery for storage. When the photovoltaic power cannot meet the load demand, the controller sends the electrical energy of the battery to the load.
3. Off network system cost is high. The off grid system consists of photovoltaic array, solar controller, inverter, battery pack, load, etc. Compared with the grid connected system, it has more batteries, accounting for 30-40% of the cost of the power generation system, almost the same as the components. Moreover, the service life of batteries is not long. Lead acid batteries are generally 3-5 years old, and lithium batteries are generally 8-10 years old, and they need to be replaced later.
