What is OPzV battery?
D King OPzV battery, also named GFMJ battery
The positive plate adopts tubular polar plate, so it also named tubular battery.
The nominal voltage is 2V, the standard capacity normally 200ah, 250ah, 300ah, 350ah, 420ah, 490ah, 600ah, 800ah, 1000ah, 1200ah, 1500ah, 2000ah, 2500ah, 3000ah. Also customized capacity are produced for different applications.
Structural characteristics of D King OPzV battery:
1. Electrolyte:
Made of German fumed silica, the electrolyte in the finished battery is in gel state and does not flow, so there is no leakage and electrolyte stratification.
2. Polar plate:
The positive plate adopts tubular polar plate, which can effectively prevent the falling off of living substances. The positive plate skeleton is formed by multi alloy die casting, with good corrosion resistance and long service life. The negative plate is a paste type plate with a special grid structure design, which improves the utilization rate of living materials and the large current discharge capacity, and has strong charging acceptance capacity.

What is the difference between OPZS battery and OPZV battery?
The OPzV battery series is designed with colloidal electrolyte and tubular positive plate, and has the advantages of valve-controlled battery (maintenance-free) and open-cell battery (floating charge/cycle service life). It is especially suitable for use with backup time of 1 to 20 hours. As it is not limited by the use environment or maintenance conditions, the OPzV battery series is applicable to the environment with large temperature difference and unstable power grid, or the renewable energy storage system in the state of electricity for a long time. Colloid is formed by silicon particles with small volume but large surface area. When silicon particles are dispersed in the electrolyte, a three-dimensional chain network is formed, and a microporous system with a diameter of 0.1mm to 1mm is derived. The electrolyte is locked in the microporous system due to the strong capillary phenomenon.
Therefore, even if the battery shell is accidentally broken, there will still be no electrolyte leakage. A small amount of micropores are not filled by the electrolyte, forming a gap for oxygen to pass through. Oxygen is transferred from the positive electrode to the negative electrode, and then compounded into water, thus eliminating the need for regular water addition. The use of colloidal OPZS battery technology completely changes the concept of backup power supply, allowing users to have more autonomy in different fields. Because the gas generation level can be almost ignored, the battery is allowed to be installed on the cabinet or rack, in the office or even next to the equipment. This improves the space utilization rate and reduces the cost of installation and maintenance. However, attention must be paid to the safety and ventilation strips specified by the state.
OPzV battery is the abbreviation of German Ortsfeste Panzerplatten Verschlossen. The three words mean fixed, tubular plate and closed OPZS battery respectively. Combined, it means that the positive plate produced by German standard is a tubular OPZS battery, and the negative plate is a 2V series battery with grid coated with paste, and the electrolyte is colloidal electrolyte.
