Product Description
AGM battery uses pure sulfuric acid aqueous solution as electrolyte, and its density is 1.29-1.3lg/cm3. Most of them are in the glass fiber membrane, and a part of electrolyte is absorbed inside the electrode plate. In order to provide a channel for the oxygen released from the positive electrode to the negative electrode, it is necessary to keep 10% of the pores of the diaphragm from being occupied by the electrolyte, that is, the lean solution design. The electrode group is tightly assembled so that the electrode plate can fully contact the electrolyte. At the same time, in order to ensure that the battery has sufficient life, the electrode plate should be designed to be thicker, and the positive grid alloy should be Pb '- q2w Srr -- A1 quaternary alloy. AGM sealed lead acid batteries have less electrolyte, thicker plates, and lower utilization rate of active substances than open type batteries, so the discharge capacity of the batteries is about 10% lower than that of open type batteries. Compared with today's gel sealed battery, its discharge capacity is smaller.
Compared with batteries of the same specification, the price is higher, but it has the following advantages:
1. The cycle charging capacity is 3 times higher than that of lead calcium battery, with a longer service life.
2. It has higher capacitance stability in the whole service life cycle.
3. The low-temperature performance is more reliable.
4. Reduce accident risk and environmental pollution risk (due to 100% sealed acid)
